Football Pool Fundraiser

              Football Pool Rules and Regulations

• For a $20 donation you will have a chance to win each week during the entire regular football season (18) weeks
• You will receive a ticket with 2 numbers on it.  The numbers represent two different teams each week.  If your two teams score the highest combined points for the week, you win $150.  If your two teams score the lowest combined points for the week, you win $50.  If there is no highest score ticket sold and your two teams score the 2^nd highest points for the week, you win $75.  In the case of any ties, payments will be divided up evenly among the winning ticket holders.  A bye week shall be considered zero points for that team for the week. There are 496 tickets available
• Winners will be sent a check after the completion of each week’s games
• 15% of all ticket sales will be donated to the FJMC Florida Region
• 15% of ticket sales from each Men’s Club will be donated to that specific Men’s Club
• All ticket sales must be submitted to Temple Beth Am, a non profit under section 501(c)(3) at 7205 Royal Palm Blvd, Margate, FL 33063, either by mail or through online submission at www.beth-am.org/form/football-pool
• Funds from this fundraiser raffle will support the FJMC and every Men’s Club participating in this event.  The source of funds for this event comes from solely from the purchase of the tickets

Disclaimer: Pursuant to the laws of Florida, no purchase or donation is necessary to enter the raffle/fundraiser.  A ticket may be obtained by mailing a request for a free ticket (one per person and letter) with a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Temple Beth Am Men’s Club, 7205 Royal Palm Blvd, Margate, FL 33063.  The ticket will be mailed to the same address to qualify for entry into the fundraiser
