Do you want to learn to be a better leader in your Men’s Club or Brotherhood; to be a better listener, a better person?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, the Federation of Jewish Men's Clubs (FJMC) is offering a Leadership Training Conference through the Leadership Development Institute (LDI).
LDI offers an opportunity to learn innovative ideas about programming and ritual that you can bring back to your Region, Men’s Club, Brotherhood and Synagogues, running an effective board, launching an effective fundraising campaign, and learning about other clubs in the Florida region.
The next LDI training session is held at on March 9, 2025 at Temple Beth Am in Margate, FL.
