Message from the Rabbi
Shalom and welcome to Temple Beth Am. We are a full-service Conservative congregation serving the needs of the Jewish population in Northwest Broward. We are an active congregation, with activities for all interests. We are very proud of our Religious services on Friday night and Saturday morning, including our Torah dialogue or sermon and our teen and adult involvement in the Torah reading. Friday night is an informal, pre-dinner, Carlebach “happy minyan” that is well attended and features lots of congregational singing, clapping and occasionally even a spontaneous dance or two. In short, Friday night at TBA “ROCKS!”
We have an outstanding Adult Education program, including weekly classes, adult Bar and Bat Mitzvah, and family trips to Israel. During the course of the year, we offer many activities centered around observance of the Jewish Holidays and keyed into family participation.
We welcome your membership inquiries and look forward to your active participation in our synagogue. As your Rabbi, I look forward to the opportunity to develop a personal relationship with you and help your family grow in their Jewish and spiritual life.
