Temple Beth Am's 3rd Annual Film Festival:

Join us for our fourth  installment on Saturday, February 4th, 2012.

Our next film is"Ajami"~ a powerful crime drama set in the mixed Jewish-Arab district of Jaffa. Residents lives intersect through a dramatic collision of opposing cultures and religions. These enemies, living as neighbors, fuel powerful emotions and explosive consequences.

Super Shabbat (Tailgate Menu) Dinner:

Join us after Carlebach service, on February 3rd, 2012, for our Super Shabbat Dinner.

It will be all tailgate foods, including ribs, chicken, hotdogs, corn-on-the-cob, onion rings, additional sides and dessert.

Join us on April 29th, 2012, at 10:00 AM, for our first Beth Am reads.

You are encouraged to read the novel, AS A DRIVEN LEAF, by Milton Steinberg, and then join us for coffee, a bagel, and a discussion lead by Rabbi Plotkin. For more details, please see our Weekly "What's Happening" email, or our January/February 2012 edition of the Scribe.

Are you affected by someone else's drinking? Al-Anon and Alateen may be able to help you.

Temple Beth Am volunteers are always needed to help us run Bingo.  Become a part of the Bingo family by giving us a few hours a month and helping in the kitchen or out on the floor.  We need you!  And it's fun!
